What we collect
Account data you give us (name, e-mail, password hash), workspace data you create (company profiles, opportunities, contacts, notes, messages) and technical logs (IP address, request identifiers) kept for security.
Where opportunity data comes from
From official APIs and open-data sources under their licences, from alert e-mails and files you import, and from pages you choose to capture with the extension. We do not scrape content behind logins or bypass access controls.
Contacts and lawful basis
When you store a contact, you record where it came from and the lawful basis. You can mark any contact as do-not-contact or delete it.
AI processing
When AI features are enabled, the selected opportunity and the selected company profile are sent to our AI provider to produce analyses and drafts. Usage is logged per workspace.
Retention and deletion
Raw source payloads are kept up to 90 days. Deleted workspaces are purged after 30 days. You can export your workspace data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
